Objective 1: To Improve and Ensure the Sustainability of Institutional Quality
- Objective 1.1 To increase the effectiveness of the internal control system.
- Objective 1.2 To strengthen corporate information management and improve information infrastructure. To increase recognition by sharing departmental activities on local and global platforms.
- Objective 1.3 To strengthen internal coordination, expand the communication network, and increase collaboration through regular meetings.
Objective 2: Enhancing Competitiveness by Improving the Quality of Education, Training, and R&D
- Objective 2.1 To keep training programs up-to-date and improve them.
- Objective 2.2 To improve the quality of education by reducing the student-to-faculty ratio.

The Faculty of Architecture aims to improve the existing spatial and technical infrastructure, update educational programs, establish an archive system, prepare for accreditation, expand academic and administrative staff, increase research resources, and strengthen collaborations with local governments and stakeholders.
